This project was an opportunity to help our a military serviceman in need of some repair.
Our client is deployed and was also preparing for his condo to go on the market. However, someone hit his garage door and the corner wall and didn’t stick around to take responsibility.
Not only is this rude, it is also very hard to sell your condo when your garage door is bashed in.
Our customer gave us a call, and we were able to help!
We came out and over the course of a week, fixed the frame of the garage door. We repaired the stucco. Then we replaced the panels on the garage door where there was damage. Thankfully it wasn’t the entire door! It saved a lot of money to be able to repair just the panels.
Once we got the new panels installed, we were able to paint the door and it was good as new! Now the customer can put his condo up for sale and move on!
Painting your garage door is also a great thing to do, whether or not the door also needs a repair before you sell your home or condo. The paint gives a fresh look to the exterior of your home and is an inexpensive way to add curb appeal.
Many people repaint the interior of their home to look good for selling but forget about the outside. Powerwashing your exterior can help along with a fresh coat of paint on the garage for a few hundred dollars goes a long way in your sale price!
Thank you for your service!
